As part of the London Borough of Ealing’s commitment to build more than 2,500 new genuinely affordable homes we are consulting on emerging proposals to re-develop the Dean Gardens car park to provide around 54 new homes and an 80sqm commercial unit on the corner of Broadway and Leeland Terrace.

As part of the development, there will be enhancements to the existing public realm and the re-provision of public parking spaces that are currently on site to support the local community.

This website provides an opportunity to explore the emerging proposals for the site. Your comments and ideas will be fed into a future planning application to help us make the best possible use of the site.

We're keen for you to have your say on the proposals on the Your View page.

You can Explore the proposals. You can ask written questions on the Q&A event page, you can record a video or audio question for play during one of the Q&A events. You can call our FREEPHONE hotline anytime on 0800 955 1042, or email us on

These events will be held on this website on Wednesday 5th August at 1pm and 6.30pm. Depending upon the number of questions from local residents, these events will last a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. The recording will be available as an archive shortly after.

Below is a timeline of the development process.
